THE MOTOR WILL NOT TURN OVER BUT I HAVE NOT TRIED VERY HARD TO FREE IT.     SOME RUST OUT IN REAR FLOOR BEHIND DRIVERS SEATS.     Tail lights are included with the car.     SORRY. THIS CAR IS SOLD COMPLETE AND WILL NOT BE PARTED OUT.     FREE DELIVERY POSSIBLE WITHIN A 100 MILE RADIUS OF MY HOME IN SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE.  INQUIRE BEFORE PLACING BID.
