This steering wheel is in excellent condition. It has no cracks or chips. It has a manufacturers relief groove on the back side and yes i wrap it in the sheet below it. this steering wheel would be good for a show car. If any overseas buyers are interested they will have to wait until i a quote for postage costs as i have no idea of overseas postage costs.
