Dodge : Dart Custom

What we have here is a very custom Dodge Dart Custom. It was built from front to rear with a lot of special attention. We started out with a very rust free solid California body. It's spent most of its life in the high desert of Southern California. The whole car was gone through 3 years ago. The interior has new headliner. reupholstered seat. new carpet. new dash. and custom door trim panels with the Dart embroidered on it. All the lights and gauges in the dash work. A lot of money was spent on upgrading the air conditioner to make it nice and cool. It really came in handy this past summer in the hot San Diego sun. where it kept us nice and frigid. There were no free-on leaks. and it still blows cold. It was upgraded to a 134A system. The car was fitted with a new stereo system. with a nice Pioneer Touchscreen DVD AM/FM Radio player. for watching movies or watching what songs you are listening to. It has a box bass speaker in the trunk. and 6x9 Sony Explodes in the rear. The bass speaker in the trunk is ported through what would have been the rear defogger opening. It sounds real nice. and you can watch MOPAR videos on the touchscreen as you drive down the road. (Please do not watch videos while driving) All the windows go up and down correctly. and the doors are quite secure.
The car was fitted with HID headlights with Angel Eyes around the outer perimeter of the headlight that flash with the park lights when you have the turn signal on. The headlights give off a nice burple color that matches the car. It looks really nice at night and at dusk. The whole engine and transmissions have been rebuilt and have about 30. 00 miles on it. They both run strong with no leaks. The transmission upshifts nice and smoothly. and the car does not smoke. The ignition has been upgraded to a MOPAR orange ignition box with an electronic ignition distributor. The car has power disc brakes in the front. and the bolt pattern has been upgraded to a 4 1/2 inch bolt circle.
The car has 16" American racing wheels. wrapped in 60x225 tires that are in good condition. It has a full 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust with tips all the way to the back under the bumper. The car has 7 different colors on the exterior. the main color being a House of Colors burple base coat with 3 coats of PPG clearcoat over it. The paint job draws a lot of attention with a lot of positive responses. So if you ever wanted a dart on your Dart. this is the car for you. The paint is really nice. but it does have a couple minor scuffs on it. but nothing major. The paint job is three years old. and it has been driven. So dare to be different if you really want to drive a cool Dart Custom that runs really well and gets looks everywhere you go. All the chrome trim is there and it is nice and bright.
