Seller's notes: "This Mustang has one of the nicer cosmetics we have encountered. It has solid quarter panels, doors and fenders, the floor pans look darn nice. It has had some patching to the rear frame rails and you can see some rust in the channels, but it is far better than most of these. The spare tire is like new and never on the ground. The interior is very nice but showing the age with panels fading a bit and some light deterioration. The dash is crack free, but you can see the speakers that were added in the rear quarter trim. The headliner and seats are nice but also showing a bit of age as shown. The radio is not original. Mechanically, the vehicle ran when parked years ago, and we prepped the engine cylinders and had running briefly. However, the engine does not run at this time, and will need to be rebuilt as it appears to have hydro lock due to a leaking intake. It does roll and brake but everything mechanical should be gone through due to age. Please see the vehicle description."

It does look as good in person as it does in the photos.
Mechanical Condition:
The vehicle ran when parked years ago. and we prepped the engine cylinders and had running briefly. However. the engine does not run at this time. and will need to be rebuilt as it appears to have hydro lock due to a leaking intake. It does roll and brake but everything mechanical should be gone through due to age. We unfortunately were not able to test much mechanical without the car running. As mentioned above. the good news is when this car was reconditioned years ago. genuine Ford parts were used. The Ford part number sticker is still on the front bumper as proof. These genuine Ford parts are coveted today and fit far better than the foreign reproduction parts used today. The A/C is Ford. the options on this car are rare. and it is a solid car to restore. It would make a great candidate for a full restoration. father and son project or to convert to a Shelby tribute.
