1971 Porsche 914 upgraded to 1973 with a 2. 0L engine with 2056cc cylinder kit with Keith Black pistons. Passenger side seat sliders installed. New paint. Heads were rebuilt with new valve guides. sodium filled ex valves. Web camshaft #73 with Web Cam hardened lifters and valve springs and spring keepers from Web cam. Kerry Hunter headers with Supertrapp muffler. Fuel injectors rebuilt at Witchhunter performance. injector harness rebuilt with all new rubber boots. New engine compartment seal. Front mounted oil cooler. 911 gauge cluster w/oil temp gauge. Auto meter oil pressure and oil temp gauges. Engine dyno tuned. makes 100hp at the wheels (sheet included). Koni sport adjustable shocks all the way around. Weltmeister adjustable front sway bar installed. Weltmeister rear coil springs. There is a wheel lug conversion. Car comes with four 6. 5 x 15 Minilite wheels. which are very rare. made for the 914. Transmission has been upgraded to side shifter. second gear synchronizer is bad but usable. The windshield has a crack which has been drilled to stop the crack. The rear trunk pan is rusted out close to the tail lights which is common. The ignition switch needs to be replaced. it works but will not spring back. Harness bar with five point harnesses. Very fun car. The previous owner won the Alabama region SCCA "C" stock championship with it in 2002 or 2003. It's been used for track days as Road Atlanta and Barbers. There are no structural rust problems with this car. The battery tray has been replaced. Optima battery. Some gaps between windows and roof. This car is not perfect but it is very nice. For the past 16 years it has always been garaged (unknown before that but may have been garaged too). Reserve is set for $5000 but I will let the auction run its full course. Clear Ohio title. Comes with many additional various spare parts. I bought this car in 11/2013 hoping to get into racing but other life events changed that plan and so I now need to sell. The car has been garaged and well cared for in this past year. Driven lightly a few times.
Bonus -- Also included is a restored original 1972 Porsche 914 VDO 150 MPH Speedometer -- 914 541 505 020 -- Made in Germany.
