This Mustang was manufactured at the San Jose California assembly Plant for the California Market October 24. 1969 (California emissions still attached. but not functional).   It made its Way to the Midwest at some point (currently in Michigan) and was in storage until about 1 year ago when the vehicle was restored to its current condition.
Every system of the vehicle has been inspected for function and cosmetic appearance. Any questionable parts were replaced with new or re-manufactured period correct parts. The undercarriage is nicely painted - the floor pans. frame rails and torque boxes are rock solid.   All mechanical work was performed in a professional auto repair shop.   This car is a nice driving. solid and reliable vehicle that turns just about every head going down the street. and gains many compliments along the way.  

Below is an explanation of the individual vehicle systems broken down by category i. e. engine. transmission. suspension etc.   You will find many of the vehicle systems have been completely restored with new or re-manufactured replacement parts bringing this vehicle to a new level of reliability. function and performance.

Odometer 74. 00

Engine- 302 with original 2 barrel carburetor (carburetor has been rebuilt).   The engine is believed to be original and runs strong.   The casting numbers on the block are (C90E-6015-C).  According to information gathered. the C designates the engine as a 1960's engine and 9 designates the year it was manufactured. which matches the manufacturing year of the car.   This is as close as I can tell that one can determine a numbers matching car.   The engine has new valve guide seals; oil pan gasket and valve cover gaskets. It is nicely dressed up with an Edelbrock Finned-Black air cleaner. Scott Drake aluminum valve covers and aftermarket headers. New flow master custom dual exhaust was also added and has less than 500 miles.

Cooling system - new radiator. new water pump. new hoses. new thermostat and new drive belts.

Starting System - Has new mini hi-torque starter for clearance around headers and new solenoid. Fuel System- has a new fuel tank. new fuel sending unit. new fuel lines. and fuel filter. Transmission- Freshly rebuilt C-4 less than 500 miles. includes a shift-kit and new 2500 flash-stall torque converter. new transmission mount. new transmission lines. new drive shaft u-joints and new speedometer cable. Have the cars original Transmission tags.

Suspension- New upper and lower control arms. coil spring seats. upper and lower ball joints. inner and outer tie rods. idler arm. Sway bar links. front strut torsion rods and bushings. new rear KYB shocks. Power Steering - Has rebuilt steering gear box. new power steering pump rebuilt power steering assist valve and new power steering hoses.

Steering System – New Power steering pump. power steering cylinder. re-manufactured power steering assist valve. rebuilt steering gear box new power steering hoses.

Brake System - Has fresh front disc brake conversion with new power brake booster. master cylinder. proportioning valve. rotors. brake pads. wheel bearings. and brake lines throughout.

Lighting and electrical- new light bulbs throughout including turn signals. hood scoop mounted turn signals. brake lights. upgraded halogen headlights for better night time visibility. New door courtesy light switches and sail panel quarter lights. wiring harness for the hood scoop mounted turn signals. dash light bulbs. turn signal diodes. headlight switch. new printed circuit board for dash gauges. horns and horn blow switch. antenna.

Interior- New TMI deluxe comfort weave seat upholstery. front-rear seats professionally installed. new dash pad cover. A-pillar moldings. headliner. sail Panels. carpet. carpet pad. an additional layer of sound deadening and rust inhibiting insulation for the floor pans and trunk area. new rear package tray insert. new 3 point shoulder front seat belts and matching new rear seat belts.

Exterior New Grabber Green base-clear coat paint. new front-rear bumpers. tail light trim. new headlight. front bumper and hood trim. rear window Gasket. trunk gasket. door seal gaskets. quarter window gaskets and Scott Drake quarter window latch assemblies.

Tires and Rims- Has original Ford Magnum 500 14 inch rims with new center Caps and new Cooper Cobra Radial Tires.

Under Carriage - The undercarriage is nicely painted - the floor pans. frame rails and torque boxes have been replaced and are completely solid.   Except for the coil springs. the entire front suspension is new - including the upper and lower control arms. all ball joints. inner and outer tie rods. sway bar links and bushings. idler arm and bushing. torsion rods and bushings.  

Exhaust- Has aftermarket headers and New dual Flow-master custom exhaust with less than 500 miles.
