Seller's notes: "This Chevy 2 door Coupe is a barn style find but needs to be finished to be road worthy. However, it will not take much and it even started right up when I bought it but someone just needs to go threw the brakes, ect. finish a couple of electrical tie ends. Then, perhaps start on the body like cutting out any rot and weld some new sheet metal from your hardware store or local junk yard. But, who ever buys this car might want to go Rat Rod I don't know; in any event whoever buys this car even if it a father in son project will love it! In order so that you can see what you are really buying I not only took pictures of the car but I also made a video! Thanks for bidding and please contact me with any questions any time and you are more than welcome to come down in person."

What you are bidding on is a very cool and rare 1946 Chevrolet 2 door Coupe Stylemaster. I would just like to start out by saying I am not only including pictures but a video of the car as well so that you can better see and understand what you are looking at and bidding on. The car was bought from a guy in Washington that pretty much just let it sit after it broke down from a bad fuel pump at 44k original miles. When. I got it. it  pretty much looked like it is now all original with about 44K miles on it but being it was left outside it has some rust issues but nothing that can not be taken care of with a grinder/cutting wheel or plasma cutter and a mig welder. You can even rivet or self-tapper the sheet metal in if you so choose. Anyway. the guy started it up for me and he did drive it around his property but not too much; it had no brakes because there was no brake fluid. So. I got it home and started working on the car. The gas tank was leaking so I bought a fuel cell and wired it up. I noticed all the wiring was completely rotted so I started there and I pretty much rewired the entire car except for a few tie ends. However. I do not have a 6v battery but I bought a brand new 12v battery that goes with the car. You can buy a 12v conversion kit for around $250 Also. going with the car is a 57 Chevy rear end and a late model three on the tree transmission with spare gears so now all you need is a drive shaft to make the car an open driveline if you so choose or you can sell them. You also get all new wheel cylinders. master brake cylinder rebuilt kit. brake pads. drums. spare taillights because I also bought blue dot ones. There`s a ton of spare parts! I also replaced the plugs. wires. cap. rotor. points. condenser. oil. oil filter. tail & parking lights. Oh ya I replaced the fuel pump! All that is left wiring wise is the head lights and a couple of tie ends but I`ll also send the wiring diagram with the car. In addition. I bought a bench seat out of a Nissan and that is going as well. But. one of the most expensive things I bought for the car was last week I paid $465 on a new set of tires from Les Schwab. Please. if you win the auction pay for this item threw PayPal within 24 yours also if you chose to ship this automobile call around because I can usually find shippers cross country starting from $200 and of course I will help you or your tow company. You can also have the original rims that came with the car if you want. The sky is the limit with this car you can build a Rat Rod. Hot Rod. Beater or restore it. PS I also replaced the grille as you probably already know the grilles alone can go for between $750 to $1500 The only reason I`m getting rid of the car is because we are planning on moving in the near future. In addition. to I just do not have time to work on the car so my loss your gain! You will receive a Pink Slip. DMV bill of sale and all my receipts. Until then she is sitting in our garage waiting for her new owner. Thank you  for bidding and please contact me with any questions or concerns! Also as you can tell I have a 100% rating here on EBay and have since 2007 https://plus. google. com/u/0/113134935508161061058/posts/cwAvdM8HrC3?pid=6076482845918886866&oid=113134935508161061058 Please watch this little video I made and like I said earlier all those parts go with the car!
