This car features an all-original Black Vinyl interior and a beautiful Milano Maroon exterior which makes this car perfect for a sunny summer day or Fall afternoon cruise.     The exterior on the car is in great condition and is finished in color code MM: Milano Maroon. The body is arrow straight and all bodylines are correct. The car just received a fresh base/clear paint job and the metallic really pops! The undercarriage appears to be in good condition with an aftermarket coating. The underside is very clean and the frame and chassis is all original. The side pipes do not appear to be original but are of correct period styling to compliment the car. The "knock off" wheels are most likely a mid-late 1970s reproduction by Western Wheel. These are in excellent shape and maintain the original look. The emblems. chrome and interior appear to be in nice original condition. and back up the idea that the mileage is original.

    The interior is in nice original shape all around. The seats have no tares or ware spots and look great. Both door panels. console. dash and carpet are very good condition. All gauges and switches are functional other than the clock. The updated Am/Fm sounds great.

    Mechanically. this little Stingray runs great. The 396ci V8 is a very fast motor and this Vette FLYS! The engine compartment has no power robbing options so all 425hp go to the drive train! It is mated to a non-numbers matching M20 Muncie 4-speed. The transmission itself is dated July 20th of 1965 or 66. The engine compartment was maintained with attention to detail while adding modern updates such as hoses. coolant tank. and fuel lines used throughout. This car drives straight and true and is extremely tight in the suspension. The rear end also does not appear to be numbers correct as it has a manufacture date of 3-28-66. The brakes are also all new and in very good shape and stop the car perfectly. This car needs nothing and is ready to cruise on a sunny day or hot summer night.

    All in all. this is one very clean and well-done '65 Corvette. Take a look at the price range many of these Sting Rays are selling mid 80K range. This is everything that those cars are without the huge price tag. This car is a great example of a solid. well-preserved car which has been meticulously maintained and can be enjoyed for years to come.
