This has been a NC and SC car owned by an older gentleman. We have cleaned the carburetors (new diaphragms. nbsp;seals and needles). The transmission needed a new countershaft. seals and bearings - synchros and gears were all good.  We have had the car up over 60 mph and shifted into overdrive and it works great. All lights work (headlights-high/low. turn signals. parking/marker/license lamps. reverse backup - brake/taillights. trunk light). All gauges are working. radio will not turn on. Car starts right up and drives well. This car shows NO signs of a collision. frame is straight. NO dents and rust free. Body shows no signs of rust in fenders. rockers etc. Rear differential mounts seem to be good. There is NO clunking in the rear axle. I've included a photo of the underside of the battery box showing it is rust free. Also included a photo of the hard board transmission tunnel cover showing the original access cover. I feel this car is very original. windshield tag matches commission plate. The interior has been reupholstered and shows very nice with custom door panels and seat covers. Keys for ALL locks. Car was originally white. repainted metallic green. It's an older paint job. but it still shines. I feel this is the perfect car for someone to purchase and do minor restoration work while still being able to drive and enjoy. without the worries of a major mechanical repair.

I failed to add the picture of the battery box. Also. I have had a questions about photo #18 in the listing. It looks like rust but it is shadows from the camera. I have photos of both areas. I will email upon request.
