This Chrysler is absolutely phenomenal and when you're around it. you immediately feel overwhelmed by that feel of nostalgia. You start picturing what it would have been like to live in the days of everything Art Deco. You want to immediately travel back in time to witness the days of when these cars roamed the Earth. It is an exceptionally fun vehicle just to be around. let alone drive. If you're in to cars. then I guarantee that you will appreciate this old Chrysler when you're around it.

What I know about this Chrysler is limited due to the fact that the previous owner did not know much about it. What I can tell you is that it does appear that it went through a lengthy restoration some years ago. It is completely solid and rust free. It is also turn key. You can hop in it and drive it anywhere. The motor runs out exceptionally well. It also steers and brakes very well. The only things that we had to do was to flush the fuel system. put in new gas. a new battery. and she was ready to go.

Body: The body on this Chrysler is extremely solid and has no rust. From what I have gathered after thoroughly inspecting it. I don't believe that it has ever had any kind of severe rust issues nor any major sheet metal work. It appears to have all of it's original sheet metal. The exterior paint was definitely done professionally at some point. Externally it is relatively nice. The suspension also appears to have been updated and I am assuming this was done when ever the car went through being restored. The wheels. they also appear to have been restored professionally. They are extremely nice and are not suffering from any major stress cracks or blemishes. The Chrysler appears to retain all of its original glass which none of it has any cracks. chips. or major blemishes. The doors on the Chrysler open and shut with ease. They are not loose and flimsy. The headlights appear to also be original to the Chrysler and are in excellent condition. I know to replace them would be extremely expensive. You can just see the quality in the craftsmanship when you're up close to them. The one thing that this Chrysler will need is a good detailing. I know it has not been through a thorough cleaning in quite some time.

Engine & Mechanical: The Flathead four cylinder engine within the Chrysler appears to have been rebuilt and repainted. It fires up with ease and runs out exceptionally well. The manual transmission is also in excellent working order. The clutch feels relatively new which makes the Chrysler just cruise down the road with ease. Everything seems to be in good working order within the instrument panel. Even the horn still works! Although it does sound a bit weak from time to time but I think that is due to its lack of use.

Interior: The interior as you will see is complete and I want to say that appears as if it has never been touched. There are no rips. tears. or stains within the front nor back seat. However. there are a couple of spots where the material appears to be wearing through. It hasn't worn all the way through but located in the photos below. you will be able to see what I am talking about. The headliner in the Chrysler is in excellent condition. The only item that really needs attention is the back panel for the instrument panel. The paint is beginning to chip in areas along the panel. It could use being stripped and repainted in some areas.

So here is that rare opportunity to own a true piece of mobile art that will only continue to go up in value. In my opinion. it would take every bit of 20k dollars to build another one to where this one sits today. That is of course if you had everything sitting in front of you. Which in its own would be relatively difficult due to the fact that these old Chryslers just don't exist any longer and unfortunately. no one is making anything for them. So please. don't miss out! She deserves a good home and in an ideal scenario. it would be great to see her go to a home with children. Children just seem to love these old cars!

I will be evaluating all reasonable offers and I will in fact sell the Chrysler early as we do have it for sale "locally". My goal here is to sell the Chrysler. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested to please call or email to schedule a time to come check it out. I would also like to add that I am usually on the phone from 7 AM until about 12 AM so you are always welcome to call and if I do not answer. just leave a message and I will return your call immediately. I know from my own experience with purchasing cars online. most of the time it is very difficult to get someone on the phone and to obtain the information you need. So I try to always stay on top of emails and phone calls. We do have a clear title for this Chrysler. As always. good luck and happy bidding!

Thanks. /p>
