The shell was stored inside for a great period of its life. The main shell and engine bay are virtually rust free. The bottom has surface rust but nothing major to note. It's a very nice frame/shell.

Info: Up for bid is my 1977 280z. I will try to explain everything and be truthful as possible to give the potential buyer everything needed to know about the car as if you were buying it in person. This car runs great. Shifts clean. starts clean and drives like a normal car. It has nothing but quality name brand after market parts. No ebay junk. Everything is there to make way more power then it's currently set up for. It could be said that with the turbo setup and injectors the car is underserved for the amount of engine and head work done to it. Tuning has been done and makes the car run great and is perfect for commutes but it has plenty of more tuning needed to add HP. The set up is really designed for higher boost and HP. It could easily gain way more HP with an injector and turbo upgrade. The car comes with the data logit interface to connect to the power FC computer. This allows you to fully tune the car. Any changes to the setup can easily be retuned and set up through the computer. The Dell computer can run live data collection and allows for full access to tuning air/fuel. timing and much more. This system is designed for professionals and is not for novices. The car is complete and the interior is all there and in good working order. The rear carpet was removed.
Some things to note: Suspension is ok like I said. Big bumps will be rough. The car also has a small power drain on the battery. If it's left un-driven for more than 3-4 days it will drain the battery. The dash has a dash cover and the original dash does have cracks. There is no radio. Speakers are there but you're going to have to be good at wiring to figure something out as the radio hook ups were removed.  It is also in need of an oil catch can as I have a water bottle to collect blow by. It gets the job done and doesn't affect anything. just looks ghetto.  Exhaust is loud. Blowoff valve is loud. The engine mounts are solid mounts so it gets vibration at higher RPM'S. On lower RPM'S it's tamer. Right door does have a small dent. Also the holes from the trim originally around the car are still present. You can see them on the pictures as well as around the back window where the louvers were installed. Also the antenna is not present but the hole is as well also seen in the photos. Again I am just trying to point out as much as I can to be honest. Otherwise the body is super straight. No wrecks or damage anywhere. Doors open and close perfectly. Rear bumper was removed. I have an ok shape 260z bumper to go with the car for the rear but it has yet to be modified to fit. Car drives straight but does have some steering shake at higher speeds. May need new hub bearings to eliminate.  
This is my baby and I have put a lot of time and effort into it. It has not been abused or raced. The parts in this car alone could easily fetch the starting price if just parted out and it's an outstanding deal. The reason for selling is I am leaving the country to live abroad for 2 years or more. I can't take the chance for the car to sit for such an amount of time. I really do hate to see her go.  I would be more than happy to help the new owner to understand and learn anything needed in the car and be tech support even long after purchase. The car is registered under my name in GA but is currently untitled as GA does not require a title for a car this age. I am willing to get a title bond for anyone needing it in a state that requires it.

I have tried to describe this vehicle as accurately and honestly as possible but please remember it is a used vehicle. As with any vehicle. (new or used) there may be issues that I have overlooked or am unaware of. If you are not familiar with purchasing used vehicles and or specialty vehicles or you have not purchased a vehicle using the Internet. PLEASE do your research. There is no warranty expressed or implied. This a performance car with access to very sensitive software. that if misused. could result in mechanical failure. I am not liable for misuse. Please seek professional help when accessing tuning software or modifying anything in it's current state.
