Wonderful early steel dash 1967 MGBGT. Purchased 2007 from a 15 year old AZ restoration that had been in storage. Positive Ground has had great care throughout its life and it shows. Work performed over last 7 years include: Transmission overhaul by John Twist at University Motors. New Borg Beck Clutch. slave and master clutch cylinders. new lines complete. Engine was rebuilt in prior restoration but was pulled and gone through again inc. check compression. nbsp; cleaned. new gaskets. paint. carbs cleaned rebuild. gas lines. new engine mounts. gnd. strap. heater removed cleaned and new heater valve. new hoses inc. kevlar rad hose. radiator rebuilt. new fan shroud. stainless oil lines. belts. water pump. nbsp; fuse blocks. converted oil filter to Moss screw on - original filter body comes with it. Converted to Deluxe Pertronix electronic package from Advanced Distributors. Jeff Schlemmer which included matched distributor. electronics and flamethrower coil. original dist/points come with it. new Moss Cobalt ignition wires. Rebuilt Dynamo. Rewired front where needed. respray engine bay area with Summit black chassis paint. The interior was restored inc. Advanced Distributors. BriTek. Summit Racing. nbsp; The Roadster Factory. Discount tire ( it has 5 new tires/tubes. balanced etc) Ebay for hard to find parts.

There are needs and future wishes ! Right now it needs new left Kingpin and alignment. A rebuilt set goes for $ 350 or so and easy to install as everything around it is new. The Tach and horn stopped working. A tach and horn brush kit comes with sale. Original Smiths oil/water gauge needs the water temp fixed. currently a water temp is available left of dash. The horns work great just needs new brush at horn button. This is a quality daily driver and not Concours level. Looks great now but future buyer can still advance this car with new paint. fixing chips. paint cracks and some old glass filler. I did zero  paint/body. Steel all around is solid. This sale comes with over $ 500. 00 newer parts. books. manuals. and MG specific tools as seen in Pic. This has been a joy to drive and work on. I have other projects in the wings and its time for this LBC to go to another home. Best luck bidding. I have tried to describe all positives/negatives as best as space allows but will answer and encourage bidders to ask questions. It does come with complete record of my ownership. This is a great representative of the steel dash era and these are getting tough to find in this condition. Vehicle sold as is no warranty. I reserve right to end this auction early to highest bidder and the car is also listed locally. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
