A Beautiful T3 bodied Low chassis two litre car. Huge amounts of money have been spent on this car by the last owner. a fastidious Jersey Resident who wanted the car absolutely right. The result is a fast agile sporting car epitomizing the early 1930's.

To that end there is a massive bill file covering extensive refurbishment of the car. This included stripping and repainting the body's metal parts including the front helmet style wings & also the rear wings; refurbishing the seats and fitting new carpets; fitting a stainless steel exhaust system; replacing the clutch; fitting a new steering wheel; and sending the dashboard and speedometer away for professional repair and reconditioning. New tyres were also fitted & the tear drop shaped running boards refurbished.

The car is finished in deep blue with a matching blue fabric body covering. The rood is of black vinyl & in excellent condition as it the full length tonneau cover. A set of side screens for inclement weather are located in usual Lagonda fashion behind the rear seat. Red leather covers the seating surfaces & has just the right amount of wear to feel correct. A set of tools folds out from a tray in the passenger footwell.

The engine has been tweaked & tuned to give high output. which allied to the very light body makes for quite rapid motoring. Indeed the car pulled all the way up the steep hill to my house in third gear where a previous two litre I had needed to grind its way up resorting to second. The only other deviations from factory specification concern the supercharger. which is no longer fitted. and the provision of an electric cooling fan.

The car is a pleasure to drive with very light & nimble handling & a power plant that pulls strongly & makes all the right noises; Indeed driving a 3. 0 litre Bentley immediately after seemed a somewhat cumbersome experience with little extra in the way of performance.
