Welcome to streetdreamstexas online auction.   We are celebrating our 15th year in the classic and collectible car business.   We have had the privlidge of selling all over the world.   Street Dreams strongly feels that investing in a classic is still one of the safest and definately the most fun place to have your money stored.   Have you ever heard the saying good ole honest car? That is exactly what this fine 49 is. It has a very solid body with very nice original style paint. nice trim. and pretty good chrome. The glass is also very nice. The body lines are very good. The wide white wall radials and fender skirts give you that period correct look. The immaculate cloth interior is comfortable and looks great. It has a tight headliner. good carpet. beautiful door panels. un-cut dash. stock steering wheel. Turn signals were added and are stalk mounted. Power comes from a smooth running Flathead V-8 with a manual 3 speed transmission. The motor compartment is clean and shows well. It still retains the push button starter. It fires right up and purrs like a kitten. The trunk is complemented with a correct rubber mat. jack. and full size spare. The chassis is very clean with smooth pans. painted hardware. new gas tank. aluminum dual exhaust. glass packs. and front sway bar. This car rides and handles very well for a Shoebox. We are a small family owned local business.   Street Dreams has been in business for 14 years.   We started in August of 1999 in Shreveport. La and Brenham. Texas.   2001 We combined those two operations and moved to Sugar Land. Texas.   We were there for 5 years.   We then decided to relocate to the beautiful Fredericksburg. Texas nestled in the Texas Hill country which we have been here for over 7 years.   We own over 50 units at most all times.   We own our building as well.   We do not do too many consignments like most classic car dealerships.   We have sold cars and trucks all over the world.   We can assist with all aspects of shipping.
