BMW : 3-Series E30 M3 REPLICA M30b35

hi. i am putting up my convertible for sale.

I would like to state first that this is a driver car not a show car or a garage queen. it has some imperfections and you should keep in mind the vehicule is nearly 30 years old. I have everything ready to sell the car it has a REBUILT TITLE.  
M3 conversion; all body panels that were used are original m3 oem metal pieces. they have been welded professionally on the car during the 90's. The bumpers are also original m3 bumpers so are the sideskirts. The trunk spoiler is not an OEM bmw spoiler. when the car was converted the exterior was stripped and painted nissan white. I chose a m30b35 for reliability. performance and maintenance cost compared to the S14 (which is the engine that was in the real M3s).
Paint ; as stated the paint is not new/perfect since it was painted in the 90's car was brought to canada because it was in an accident so it needed a front bumper. One was found at a local bmw recycler and was painted. The overall car is a 8/10 for the paint. there is some peeling paint but not on visible part of the car (one spot inside the door. one spot near the taillight). As for rust. there is a quarter size hole in the passenger side floor and a really small bubble on the bottom of the driver door. Nothing major.
Mechanical condition ; the car has a e34 535i m30b35 engine. The engine had 150k km on it and had 13-15% on all cylinders (leakdown test). This engine makes 220hp/230tq. A bunch of new parts was ordered and replaced such has the clutch. the flywheel. water pump. injectors (pink top). spark plugs. wires. Car pulls really strong. has no hesitation. always starts. The exhaust note is aggressive there is only a muffler. I like it like that but it is maybe not up to everyone standards. There is no air conditioning (pump is there unkown working condition). power steering is also there but not connected. The steering rack is good because i drove the car before the swap i just prefer it with no power steering. The whole swap was performed 2 months ago. The gas consumption is acceptable. 10-14L/100km depending on your driving style. The engine has no leaks or overheating issues.  
interior ; As with any e30 convertible the upper rear seat is ripped. The leather feels a bit dry but the seats still look decent. There is some cracks in the dash. a perfect mint dash can be included (not installed) in the sale for 100$ (not for sale separately). There is one small hole on the soft top on the driver side. I didn't really bother because i use it with the top down and the car sleeps inside a garage. The mechanism works well and it is a manual roof top. The radio antenna was deleted but i still have the module so you could install it if you want (the hole is currently blocked with a delete plug. easily removable). The steering wheel has been recovered with new leather and ///m stitching it feels really nice. Cluster works except gas consumption it also displays 130k km on it. It is hard for me to tell if it is correct or not has the car was a USA car. I believe the body has 180k km on it.
Suspension and wheels ; the suspension features hartge bilstein shocks with some hartge coilsprings from what i was told by previous owner (i could only find the hartge stamping on the shocks). The suspension shocks are tired and would need to be refurbished. you could also continue using it has it as no leaks and the driving feeling is still not too bad. There is an LSD unit on the car (4. 10 medium case) which enhances traction. The wheels are oz racing rally in original 4x100 bolt pattern (15'). sitting on good bridgestone potenza.  
PLEASE NOTE ; CAR CAN SELL AT ANY TIME I HAVE IT ON SALE LOCALLY. THE OZ RALLY CAN BE REMOVED TO RECUDE THE PRICE OF THE CAR (-600$) 14 INCH BASKETWEAVES ON OLD TIRES WOULD REPLACE THEM. A 500$ DEPOSIT (paypal) WILL BE NEEDED AFTER THE AUCTION (24HOURS max)non refundable. I CAN DELIVER THE CAR ANYWHERE IN CANADA EASILY. I CAN ALSO DELIVER IT CLOSE TO THE BORDERS.  
THE CAR CAN BE DRIVEN OFF MY HOUSE. I JUST WANT YOU TO TRANSFER IT BEFORE. The car shouldn't have any problems to do a 1000+ km ride.
