1970 Ford Mustang Convertible





    If you are in the market for a nice. driver quality Classic Mustang Convertible. this might be the one for you! One of the reasons to choose a 1970 model over some of the earlier years is the LOW production of the 1970 Mustang Convertible and the rising value of this particular model. Less than 10. 00 units were produced. meaning that you won't run into one at every club meeting or cruise in. The collector car hobby is beginning to recognize these cars in a big way.  

 

This particular Mustang is powered by a non-numbers matching 302 V8. A little extra pep was gained by adding a 4 barrel Edelbrock carburetor and a matching aluminum intake. Otherwise. she's a nice. stock appearing driver. An automatic transmission lives behind the engine. shifts smooth and without any issues. The car runs and drives good. turn key ready to enjoy!




The exterior of the car features fresh paint in original Red. A MACH I hood scoop and stripe has been added to toughen up the looks. as well as a new chin spoiler. Brand new Magnum 500 wheels with new BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. Inside you'll find what appears to be original Deluxe interior in good condition. Due to the door sticker being unreadable. it's not known for certain if this car is one of the 76B Deluxe Convertible cars built in 1970. of which less than 1500 were produced. but it's possible! Chances are. you won't see too many other's of this year with Deluxe interior.  



The trunk shows beautifully as an unrestored. original trunk with original floors and quarter panels. No rust issues on this one! Great car to drop the top and take for a nice drive on the weekend. Power options include: Power Steering. Power Brakes and Power Top.  




The current mileage on the odometer shows 63. xx. It is unknown if this is original mileage.

1). Upon placing a bid on one of our vehicles. you are entering into a legal and binding contract as outlined in the eBay User Agreement.

2). Bidders must be of legal age (18 years or older).

3. Bidders with only negative (-1) feedback are not welcome to bid on our auctions and their bids will be terminated and they will be put on a block bidder list.

4). Bidders with less than a three (3) feedback rating must first contact us before bidding.

5). Although this car is being offered on auction. it is also being listed in other venues as well. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion. The seller reserves the right to end the auction early for any reason. Please feel free to contact us through the eBay message system or through the Classic Autoworx website. which can be Googled and easily found. (Cannot be listed due to eBay's policy).

6). We DO NOT accept PayPal as a payment method. However. if a Deposit is required. we may accept PayPal for the Deposit ONLY.

7). Buyers are not allowed to retract their bids without first stating a valid reason for doing so and are further encouraged to refrain from retracting bids after the reserve is met. This type of practice discourages potential bidders. not to mention that it compromises the integrity of the auction itself.

8). All financial transactions must be completed within three (3) days of auctions end. If your financials are not in order. please do not bid on the item.

9). If the transaction is not completed within this given time. the buyer may risk losing all of their deposit (if one has been paid). Furthermore. the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left for non-payment.

10). The successful high bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auctions end.

11). We as the sellers have done to the best of our ability to disclose all information in regards to this vehicle in said auction. Please be advised that with all pre-owned automobiles. this vehicle may have the typical wear and tear if any vehicle of its age. Mechanical parts of any pre-owned vehicle are subject to possible failure.

12). This vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties made by the seller. nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in their purchase decisions.

13). We encourage an inspection by a Qualified Third Party Inspector on this vehicle PRIOR TO BIDDING. The buyer is responsible for any fees associated with the inspection. If a buyer elects to not get a third party inspection and would like to travel to the location of the vehicle and personally inspect the vehicle. we will make every attempt to meet with the prospective buyer within a reasonable time frame. If the buyer elects to purchase the vehicle without an inspection. the buyer assumes responsibility for any and all defects whether latent or obvious.

14). There is a $150 Dealer Document Fee. which will be added to the final bid price. This fee covers titling fees. document fees. postage costs and any other fees we may incur as to insure a smooth transaction. These fees do not cover titling. registration or any emissions testing if you are an out of State or International buyer.

15). Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will be more than happy to assist in arranging vehicle pick-up. However we cannot accept pick-ups on Sunday or after dark. Buyer has up to 2 weeks to arrange transport or pick up the vehicle in person. If picking up in person. a $1. 00 deposit will be required before pick up with the remainder being paid in cash only at pick up unless the vehicle has been paid for in advance. After 2 weeks. storage fees may be applied at the rate of $25. 00 per day unless other arrangements are agreed to in advance.

17). Out of state buyers are responsible for all city. county. and state taxes and fees associated with the purchase of this vehicle. In order for the buyer to register their vehicle. all fees and taxes must be paid within their state.

18). Our Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a. m. - 5:30 p. m. Arizona time and on Saturday by appointment only until 12pm (noon). We are closed on Sunday.
