MY STORY         I bought this car in 2004 after a lengthy search.   I am this vehicle's third owner. according to the seller.   I have owned it for 10+ years during which I undertook multiple restorations and modifications.   This Oldsmobile has been my pride and joy. turning heads and starting conversations everywhere I take it.   I will truly miss it. and will want to be informed of its progress from time to time.         WHY SELLING

My reasons for selling it are:

My son is in college now and my daughter will begin in 2016.   Accordingly. my wife and I will be downsizing from our large home that has plenty of parking. to a modest condo which will not have enough parking spaces to store this extra vehicle.

I no longer have the time to devote to planning its various repair and upgrade projects. shop for parts. and take it from shop to shop.

Sadly. corrosion is developing in several trouble spots. which I presume is the effect of the geography of my new home.   I bought this vehicle in central Wisconsin and I lived with this vehicle in Michigan for several years. which are relatively dry locations.   When I moved to Miami. near the ocean. the corrosion began.

Several mechanical problems have appeared and I no longer have the time or energy to rectify these. and even if I did. my wife is no longer willing to follow me to my mechanic and bring me back there when the work is done.

A new owner with adequate resources. especially time. tools. and skills. is needed to keep this vehicle running to and beyond its 50th birthday.   I simply cannot do it anymore.                 SPARE PARTS INCLUDED
