Up for auction out of a private collection is a 1956 Chevrolet model 210 with only 8700 original miles. Built by GM of Canada. This car is in amazing shape with not even 8700 miles put on since purchased in 1956. The body has a few minor chips and blemishes that is to be expected being all original from 1956. The paint as you can see in the pictures still shows excellent. The interior is flawless and comes with the original seat covers that the original owner had dealer installed. The car runs and drives like new.
The original owner purchased the car new and used it primarily as a commuter car for work and put about 7000 miles on it. It was then purchased from him through an acquaintance in 1979 and he put about 1300 miles on it. The third owner purchased the car in 2001 and put about 300 miles on it. I purchased it April 2003 and have put 100 miles on it just to give it some exercise. All owners always stored the car indoors. Never been in an accident.
The owner before me replaced the distributor. rotor. cap. fuel sender. and fuel line. All the original parts except the fuel line come with the car. He also had the gas tank cleaned and carburetor rebuilt.

Original Sherwood green and Ivory white paint.
Original Charcoal gray and Star frost interior.
Original 6 cylinder engine - serial # 169509.
Original 3 speed manual transmission.
Original rear end.
All original suspension.

This car has all the original papers and documentation:
Original bill of sale.
Accessories invoice for the seat covers.
Dealer delivery sheet.
Water test sheet.
Owners manual.
In the trunk is the four original tires and spare.  Amazing!!!
