It is very rare to find a project car this straight and rust free. Of course it has surface corrosion which you can see in the photos and the usual perforations under the battery and on the floorboards but it is far less than on most "finds" or projects. All of the body-proper is perforation free and nearly laser straight with wonderful shut lines (gaps). It is a California "black plate" car rescued right here in San Diego after sitting under a cover for years in our super hot. dry and desert-like East County.

Please scroll down and view all of the photos as a "picture is worth a million words"!

Some parts may be missing so please look at all of the photos. All that is included is what is pictured. The exterior body is amazingly straight and true. The only perforations appear to be limited to the left spare tire well. the battery box and the floorpan (all which is very typical and to be expected). This is the perfect opportunity to restore a 190 with a solid. straight upper body and frame or for someone who owns a really rusty 190SL to get a good. proper super-structure and swap all of their parts over. Please scroll all of the way down this page and look at all of the photos. Also continue down to the bottom and read how this purchase process works.

Before bidding kindly ask any and all questions that are important to you and please make sure that your bank account can support your bid - Thanks. Brian - Enjoy!

The factory original doors. hood and trunk lids are made of aluminum so they have the a bare metal appearance different from the rest of the steel body.

Notice the California black license plate. This is why she has not rusted away like most old cars which sat unattended for years. We wish it would rain more here but this is why people come from all over the world to buy California cars! Even the rockers are solid!
