For sale is my 1962 Hotchkiss Jeep

Built under license in France using the original WW2 Willys Jeep tooling

I've owned this Jeep since 2010 and in that time it has been looked after by wartime Jeep experts Jeffrey Engineering of Smarden (5 miles from where I live)

The following has been carried out / supplied by Jeffrey's:

Gearbox rebuild

New 'Carter' carb

12v ignition (originally 24v. 12v is cheaper to maintain and more reliable)

5 x correct bar grip tyres

New exhaust system

New brake system

Replacement windscreen glass (original had delaminated)

New canvas and windscreen cover

New batteries this year

The vehicle is currently on a SORN (although tax is free as an Historic vehicle) and has not been MOT'd this year (not found the time but no reason for it not to sail through!)

I rarely use this Jeep sadly and it spends most of it's time in a garage. (although was used last month for a glamour photo shoot see last picture) I'm selling this and a few other vehicles from my collection to fund an expansion in my successful sign business.

Viewing is welcome in Headcorn Kent with limited test drives in our 2 acre paddock as vehicle has no MOT

Although the paint is faded (I prefer the 'patina') this vehicle has no rust and is in excellent mechanical condition.

Hi. Do you still have the Hotchkiss for sale? I live in France, and am looking for another one. I had one a couple of years ago, and sold it to a guy in England, so thought I might redress the balance a little if I can.
Its a long way off, but I am back in Kent in December, seeing family, and wanted to make contact so I can come and see you then if all pans out. I'm from Marden, and know Headcorn, and will be staying in Loose, so popping over wouldn't be a problem. If you still have the Jeep, Ill ask some more questions, and if suitable, arrange a time to visit.
