302 V8 rebuilt all new valves and internals . Custom Shelby Aluminum Radiator. Shelby Valve Covers and Air Cleaner. Holley Carb. Rebuilt C4 Automatic Transmission. New 4 Piston Front Disc Brakes with a Dual Reservoir Master cylinder and Slotted Rotors. All New Front Suspension. All new Brakes . Rear Wheel Cylinders pads and Shoes. New Dual Exhaust. New Base Coat Clear Coat Wimbledon White Paint with Lemans Stripes. All new Interior with TMI Sport Seats. New Eagle Torque Thrust II Wheels with BFG Tires.   The Bottom of the car was cleaned and repainted to resemble the way the car came from the factory.

The Vehicle is being Sold by a Licensed State of California Dealer (California Classics & Collectibles Inc. ). all California DMV laws apply.

Terms of Auction: A licensed state of California dealer is selling the vehicle. All California DMV laws apply. ALL  California buyer must pay local sales tax and licensing fees. If an out of state buyer is purchasing this vehicle using a Loan that requires me to ensure that the Lien holder (lender) is on the Title a $100. Additional Fee will be Incurred to re-title the Vehicle in Yours and the lenders name. If this is not required there are no Additional Fee's Buyer will pay for transportation. Upon request. seller will assist in arranging for transportation per buyer's request. The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding by appointment. Shipping cost can only be estimated at the time of the auction. Prices vary due to fuel cost and supply and demand. Estimated shipping to the east coast at this time is $1500 to $2050. This transaction is governed by California law. Any disputes related to this transaction will be handled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in San Diego County. California. The prevailing party in any arbitration or litigation is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and reimbursement of costs of arbitration or litigation. Payment Terms: Payment must be made by Cashiers Check. Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in U. S. Dollars. A deposit in the amount of twenty percent (20%) must be received within three (3) business days of the auctions close. Final payment must be received within seven (7) business days of the auction close. Once the payment has been received . Seller will forward by Express Mail all Contracts and DMV forms for the Buyer to sign and return via Express Mail. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment per California DMV laws. Once we have received all the Documents back we will go to DMV and get a California title Issued in your Name and forward all document back to you.   Transportation will be arranged only after final payment is received.
