The rack & pinion steering and RWD (rear-wheel drive) with automatic 3-speed gearbox makes the car very delightful to drive. Disc brakes on all wheels with a triplicate hydraulic braking will bring the car to halt as quickly and straight as you would expect in a world class automobile.

Only 558 Bentley T2's were made of which there are estimated less than 400 remaining. As such. they command a considerable premium over its near identical twin. the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II. Interestingly. The parent company (Rolls Royce) never intended the Bentley T2 to be sold in the United States. thus it is EXTREMELY RARE to come across one.

Mechanically the car starts right up and runs well. It's very smooth driving. and is a real head-turner every where it goes. We've recently replaced the water pump. and the battery. and have installed a Sony AM FM CD Stereo. with a remote for the passengers in the backseat. We. of course. have complete maintenance records from our ownership. since 2006; and the previous owner as well.

The paint is serviceable. but could use a freshen up. The Connolly leather is in overall good condition. but is showing some signs of age. The odometer reads 31013. but does not function. (not unusual for Bentley's or Rolls Royce' from this era. ) My guess. based on the condition of the vehicle. it probably has between 50-60K miles.

This beautiful Bentley brings in $400 per hour. and has more than paid for itself. The vehicle is ready to be placed back into livery service. or be enjoyed by a private collector. for years to come. Its home (when not hired for a celebration) is a climate controlled garage. with ambient temperature set at 71 degrees throughout the year. As a popular part of our livery fleet. and on the streets of a major metropolitan city. there are the assorted imperfections. nicks and scratches that come with any vehicle. however FAR FEWER than one might expect on a classic that is 33 years old.
