1939 Divco Twin Helms Bakery Truck

1939 Divco Twin Helms Bakery Truck. They were designed and built only for the Helms Bakery located in Culver City Ca. These trucks were driven all over Southern California selling bread and pastries door to door. Each truck had a very distinctive horn that the driver would sound. These horns are very rare and are almost impossible to find. This truck has it's original horn and it is in excellent condition. The truck runs and has it's original running gear. The original motor was a 4 cylinder Hercules. That motor was changed out by Helms mechanics to the current Ford Industrial 4 cylinder in the early 50's. There is some surface rust around the nose and tail. The truck has a clean title. This is one of very few chances you will ever have to own a icon of early Southern California. This is one of the survivors. it is very rare one comes up for sale in this condition. I have more photos and video of the truck being driven that I can provide.
