The MG has been garage stored for the past 40 years and is in "non running condition" and will need a full restoration.  

I purchased the "A" from a gentleman that had inherited it from a family member where it had been part of the family for many many years.   The MG was originally the very rare "Glacier Blue" color. and was repainted when the MG was restored back in the day.   Eventually the MG was parked and the last inspection sticker shows a date of 1974.  

I have included a picture of a picture of the "Glacier Blue" example.

Under the hood the MG looks all original.   The engine is in non running condition. however it does turn freely.  

The interior is in good condition as shown in the pictures.   The seats & both door panels are in good condition.   Dash is in good condition and is not cut up.   Has aftermarket blinker switch.   Has no convertible top or frame. but does have an old "Tonneau" cover that's seen better days.   The cockpit leather trim (doors. dashboard & rear portion) are all in nice shape with no rips.   Radio plate is not included.   Has original "Banjo Style" steering wheel.   All gauges in good condition.  

The body is in solid condition but will need to be restored.   Floors and frame look solid.   Rockers will need to be restored.   Rear bumper area shows some damage as shown in the pictures.   Tunnel shows some previous repair.   Hood binds near hinge area.   Windshield & headlight chrome in good condition.   Trunk is solid with no evidence of rust.   Has correct steels wheels with original hubcaps.   Rolls easily.   Has spare in the trunk.

Blinker switch

For the motivated buyer. I will consider ending the auction early for a serious offer. however I do not have a buy it now price set.  

The fine print:  If you have 5 or less feedback transactions. you must contact me prior to bidding.   A non-refundable deposit of $500. 00 is due within 24 hours of the auction end.   If the deposit is not received. the MG will be offered to the next highest bidder.   The balance is due within 7 days of the auction end date.   The car must be picked up within 10 days of the auction end date.   A $10. 00 per day storage fee will be charged after the 10 days unless prior arrangements have been made.   I have sold several vintage cars to overseas buyers with the buyers being extremely pleased with the sale.    "License Plate" and "Radio Block Off Plate" not included.   If you have any questions. do not hesitate to contact me.   I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.
