Mercury Woodie Station Wagon Flathead Original Unrestored

Hello . Located in Milwaukee Wisconsin we have an all original unrestored 1948 Mercury Woodie Station Wagon. Very Rare 1948 Mercury . Vehicle has been Started and Driven.  Operates as it should. We used Mac's Antique Car Parts to restore the brake system to working condition. We also used there parts to install a new fuel pump and ignition system. We rebuilt the Points and Condensor and Spark Plug Wire Set. Cleaned the Carburetor and Removed and Reinstalled Gas Tank. We also removed the Oil Pan and Cleaned thoroughly the motor oil pickup screen and the Oil Pan. to insure no debris or motor oil circulated through original flat head V-8 Engine. Car had been part of a Mercury Car Collectors Collection for 30+ years. Stored on a second level of a wooden barn. found over the 2013 winter season. Car was Covered and ran when parked. We carefully removed this vehicle from the barn and cleaned it up to run and drive as it did. when parked 30+ years ago.  We have a Clean. Clear . Signed . Wisconsin. Numbers Matching Title. This Vehicle is free from rust. Floor Boards have a few holes from age. however all fenders and frame are in extremely good condition. Gauges on Dash work. Wood has been preserved over the years and show some signs of needing repairs specifically the Passenger Door upper area of the exterior at the base of the window.  specifically the Rear Upper Wood at the top of the roof above the Tail Gate. This wood will need restoration or replacement. 95% of all Wood is in extremely good shape and solid. never replaced or repaired by our understanding and inspection. The Ceiling inside the Vehicle is Exceptional all Wood Slates and Finish is in place and perfect. Nothing more than cleaning would bring the ceiling to show car finish. Steering Wheel is in good shape.  All seats are present and frames and springs in good shape. Upholstery will need replacement. Factory original Ford Radiator Hoses are still in place. Radiatior is free from defects. The engine has no internal Noise's. All the Glass in Intact and free from damage.
