Chevrolet S10 side step pickup SS model drag or hot rod or amercian

Chevrolet step side S10 1998 SS model only 1300 of these made.
The SS model is the sports version of the S10 the next model up is the Extreme. but that's just a body kit in this model. Over the standard S10 it has the following
engine tweaked to 200BHP. 4300cc . 6 Rear axle is a Limited Slip Diff. at low speed at a locker diff. which simple means you can get the power down on both wheelslarger front and rear anti roll barsHas factory lowered and uprated springs and shockers. a third rear axle shock to prevent axle tramp ( see photos with rear bed off)This was shipped from the US new in 1998. have part service history and service books.
Since I'e had the truck i had the rear bed removed the chassis stripped right back. chassis 3 coats of red oxide and 3 coats of matt chassis black. All the rear end components checked. repainted and fitted. Had the following new parts and done less than 500 miles since fittingserpertine fan belt replacedengine oil and filter changenew spark plugsRad flushed and new coolant addeddiff oil replacedtransmission oil and filter replacednew spark plug leadsThe truck is 16 years old and was used in the early years as a  work truck so does has the odd dent and scrape. Of which i'm working my way around the truck and planned to give the truck a full respray. Most of the body is now straight and some panels have  a basic coat of black which is prepped ready for final paint ( pass door. front wing. bonnet. and driver rear wing)
Its got a plastic rear bed protector which I guess has been on from new as it's mint underneath this.
Comes with centreline alloy wheels and good tyres. front are 6 x 15 rims with 215 x 60 x 15 tyres. rears are 10 x 15 with 275 x 60 x 15. rear rims are genuine Centrelines front are copies
Has a side exit flowmaster exhaust which has a nice rumble but not too loud.
Bonnet has been replaced for a fibreglass induction hood imported from USA. its a very well made bonnet. fits great. looks like a steel one. none of that sagging you get with cheaper fibreglass panels. But if the induction bonnet isn't for you i can fit the original steel bonnet.
Inside the cab is stock apart from the Recaro bucket seats and the 10 disc CD player and changer
Engine is stock apart form a chromed induction filter kit that has been fitted (have stock parts to return to normal)
Everything works as it should apart from the Air con. its currently party removed as it make so much more room under the bonnet (but have the parts to refit if required)
mileage is approx 128K
taxed till the end of August 14 and MOT until April  2015
its looks great and sound fantastic. on a run it will probably give 25 to 30 MPG.
Only selling as I have bought a 1959 Apache truck and i really prefer the much older american vehicles.
Please note price advertised includes a respray in  Black which is yet to take place. however  I will accept a lower offer ( via ebay) to sell as is
So its clear. some photos show the truck in bits. it is all back together and as photo No. 1 and ready to be driven away.
