1600 crossflow - Fitted with Webber twin choke carb and 4/2/1 exhaust manifold with sport exhaust system.

Pretty much a complete car except the interior.

Comes with; Engine. gear box. prop. rear axle with 2" lowering blocks fitted. exhaust. nbsp;steering column. rack. front suspension etc. Fuel tank. brakes. discs on the front. drums on rear (although will obviously need complete service). Seats and seat belts but no door cards etc. No glass. All the panels as shown in the pictures. Wiring loom has not been removed so dash is still wired up but lights/grill not included in the sale.  Heater controls still in place but no heater. It has a headlining fitted but no other interior trim. Will be sold on standard steel wheels. Engine does turn easily but I have not tried to start it. however. it all seems to be there so I see no reason why it wouldn't run.

I have replaced the n/s inner sill. front n/s floor panel. o/s front floor panel. cut out the rust on the inner wings and replaced with new panels. Fitted new spare wheel well and rear panel.  

As you can see I have already carried out most of the repairs to this car but there is still some work required. Front panel requires some small repairs. nbsp;this is why the wings are not attached. nbsp;Bottom of both doors need attention. just the usual places. Heater bubble rusty as normal. There are some other small repairs required hence I am selling this as partly restored.  If the weather is kind I will try and get some more of the repairs done before collection.

 

UPDATE;

I have just spent another £140 on new panels for this car which will be fitted next week.

Rear panel. spare wheel well and wing rail. Once fitted price will have to go up accordingly.

Spare wheel well now replaced.

New lower rear panel fitted.

 

V5 in my name and currently SORN. vehicle shown as Escort L with 1298cc engine.

 

Price is fixed so sorry but NO offers. part exchange or swaps.

 

All funds to be cleared before car is delivered/collected.

Cash on collection or cheque/bank transfer only.
