Grab an absolute bargain.  

EXTREMELY RARE. this TALBOT SAMBA CABRIOLET is remarkably sound (apart from the front of the bonnet which is a particular weak point on these cars) and has only covered a few miles since its last MOT which has now expired. Red with grey interior. Alloys etc.  

Hard to find another in such original condition. In fact hard to find another one anywhere in the world! The only one I can find anywhere in the world is on eBay at £3500 and it is nowhere near an original example. Now considered a classic car and one of the rarest out there.  

I have owned this car personally for approximately ten years and spent a fortune on it about 8 years ago. After the last MOT I drove it straight to dry storage where it has sat ever since. on blocks. I got it out of storage last week for the first time in four years. I put petrol in. attached jump leads and it started on first turnover.  

It is very original (including original colour). remarkably sound apart from the front of the bonnet as mentioned above. There are a few other bits of bubbling rust but nothing major.  

I had taken off the roof for restoration under the roof frame area which was carried out around 8 years ago along with lots of expensive panel work. The roof frame itself ideally needs wire brushing and painting black. but all the hinges are fine.  

These cars fetch up to £4500 all up together in nice original condition so this is a hell of a bargain for someone who can give it a bit of TLC and get it back on the road. It was tremendous fun to drive and now classes as a real classic! 
The car comes complete with a comprehensive service portfolio. original service book. original instruction book and a Haynes Talbot Samba workshop manual.

Selling in all good faith. Any AA/RAC/ Independent garage inspection most welcomed.
