Background Information: I originally bought this car to do some clean-up to the black paint and flip this quickly.   But once I started looking through the paperwork and looking closer at the car it became very clear that this car has been valued and loved since day one.   There are over 200 neat and tidy pages of invoices and history included in a binder going all the way back to its import into the U. S.   The import documents take up 20 pages by themselves.   It has had dozens of upgrades and modifications over the years with the best ones installed over the last decade.   In fact. we ran a quick tape on this of only the bigger stuff which came to $58. 53 - not including our body and paint work!  Add in our bill and this car has somewhere north of $75. 00 spent on it.  

This car even still has its Italian gauges and all of the Italian paperwork including the original invoice. Luckily for you and I - I bought it right and we only worked on this when we were slow over the winters so you don't have to pay even close to that price.  Don't buy one and fix it up yourself - buy this one and do a few additional improvements that make you happy and you will have one of the best Panteras out there for a fraction of the price of having a so-so car restored.

PAYMENT TERMSPayment must be made by Cashiers Check. Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $1000. 00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card. Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking. your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (7) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in Ogallala and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic. most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received. Seller will fax a copy of clear title. Bill of sale. Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises. you will NOT be able to return the car.
