You are looking at an excellent candidate for a very good Plus 2. Restored in the 90's with new big valve engine by Vegantune and then left in storage after importing from Ireland. Large history file showing that it was converted to S130 spec early in its life with Oatmeal interior (still in great condition). Clutch freed up and a run through its mechanics. it now runs well. stops as it should and gearbox works fine. I would advise a little bit of Redex in the fuel to get things oiled up nicely as a little bit smokey on start up. It looks like new Delorto carbs as well. Chassis is in good solid condition but does have some surface rust in some areas.

Use and improve. even the electric windows work afer so many years off the road. All chrome in excellent condition. Good set of 130 alloys with spinners.  The dashboard is probably the worst item and could do with replacing.

An easy restoration with the expensive parts covered: engine has not seen a lot of miles since rebuild. chassis very good. interior all there and very useable. all chrome very good. body shell without cracks (paintwork laquer gone and paint flaking around the tops of the doors). doors bonnet and boot open as they should do (no dropping). brakes work well and no noise from gearbox which works smoothly. Boot carpeted and the original boards are like new. the jack still has a Lotus sticker on it. A lot of old receipts come with the car and paperwork shows no duty to pay.
