Silver Cloud III

Up for auction is a rare 1964 Rolls royce Silver Cloud III all maintained religiously by Rolls royce trained technicians. nbsp; This vehicle was lovingly restored from the ground up both cosmetically and mechanically 8 years ago and has been a joy to own and drive.   It retains its original matching Rolls drive train and brake system.   We have updated the tires to wide white wall radials and it has a new stereo and a modern air conditioner added under the dash but everything else is close as possible to original.

We are a limousine company and this vehicle is known as Winston in our fleet.   HE works only Saturdays and then for only a few hours.   In between trips he gets a rub down and then rests during the week in a climate control garage

We have owned this car for 8 years and during that time it has been absolutely a pleasure to own and mechanically excellent with no issues.   We have the vehicle maintained by a company called JB Imports in Saint Petersburg Fl. and they are Rolls Royce experts.    They have worked on the car for 7 years and can attest to how reliable it is.    Everything works perfectly on the vehicle.   We have had wiring on windows redone along the way and had new window motors installed.

Exterior - chrome is original and in excellent condition.    Light surrounds are perfect. tail light and blinker housings perfect.   Fog lights are new. Rolls Royce factory parts and perfect  body was rePainted eight years ago and is in like new condition with no dings or dents.    The hub caps are like new and correct for the vehicle.   Emblems are original and have no pitting and are in excellent condition.   Rear chrome license plate surround is in place and perfect.   Front european plate holder is after market frame.   Exterior is in excellent condition overall a 9 as in a daily driver not perfect for show but close.  

Engine compartment is presentable but not show quality.   Engine and transmission runs perfectly.   Just had the engine tuned and transmission adjusted.   Brakes were just completely redone also.    Trunk interior is nice but not show quality.

Interior - has original dash and original wood sills that are original condition and have not been relaquered.    Headliner is perfect and original. like new.    All seats have new burgundy  leatherette with no rips or tears of any kind and no wear.   Carpet is brand new and factory correct burgundy.   Interior also has a custom champagne bar with ice bucket and closed chrome bucket and two champagne glasses.   overall interior is about a 8. 5. if you want a ten you should redo the wood sills and dash elements.   We never thought it needed it.
