Built January Wednesday 3rd 1973.

First registered in April 10th 1973.

1700 Type 4 Engine code CA (original engine it left the factory with)
63000 miles
Pastel white L90D. the blue was added in 1979
One owner from 1973 up till Nov 2013 (when I bought it)
MOT expires May 2014 Now Tax Free although it was taxed last Nov

Has 4 original keys along with the original vw steel key tag

One key fits all locks!

Since my short term ownership I have carried out the following work

Plugs
Leads
Air and Oil filter
Oil
New rear lights
Balanced the Carbs
New Coil
New Powerspark distributor
Adjusted valve clearances
replaced some fuel hoses/breather hoses
New Varta Battery
Everything works as it should. as you can see in one picture the area behind the drivers seat needs attention along with one outrigger that is starting to go.

I would like to add that this van is NOT rotten!

Plenty of potential either keep it the way it is or convert it into a camper. I can supply more pictures upon request.


Viewing by appointment welcome. van is advertised elsewhere therefore I reserve the right to remove auction.
