Maserati Sebring
Maserati Sebring has received the name in honour of significant victory cars Maserati North American 12-hour race, where in 1957, had been conquered by the 1st and 2nd places. The development was started in April of 1961 and completed by the Turin auto show in 1962. All in the world came out two series of Maserati Sebring. Maserati Sebring I - issued prior to 1964, there were produced 348 auto. Maserati Sebring II was produced from 1964 to 1969, would have produced slightly more than 200 cars of this modification.
The basis for the Maserati Sebring I served as a platform 3500GT. Initially the car was conceived as a coupe В«2+2В», but later appeared modification without the hardtop.
