Reliant Rebel 1972 700cc Very Rare car Fully Restored

I brought the Car late November 2012 and has taken me 14 month's to fully restore this little car back to show room condition. the car was completely striped down to every last nut and bolt it has had every major component either renewed or rebuilt.  The chassis was fully striped and media blasted then painted with Rust busters Epoxy-mastic chassis paint. it was then built up with all new brake lines. new brake cylinders and shoes. new fuel line. poly bushes. wheel bearings the rear axle was rebuilt by a Reliant dealer to include new seals. new rear shocks. new fuel tank. The engine was striped down and had all Gaskets and seals changed along with all new service parts. the exhaust was changed for a custom made stainless steel item and the gear box required new seals. The body was in a sorry state. all of the paint was removed and once all the big fiber glass repairs where done. I then spayed the whole car with polyester filler to even out the small imperfections I then spent the next 2 months sanding back the filler to a smooth even finish. The next stage was “Wet on Wet” 2 pack primer. this was then sanded back and again any tiny imperfections were taken car of with “stopper” so after 4 months the rebel then received its final 5 coats of Pageant Blue 2 pack paint. to compliment the new paint. the rebel was treated to new chrome door handles. new old stock period correct Desmo swing back mirrors. new chrome badges and new number plates.  The wheels have been shot blasted and then powder coated in an off white. it was also treated to 5 new tyres that have seen less than 300 miles. and to finish them off a new set of chrome hub caps. The interior has also received the same level of finish all new hand made carpets along with over-mats. the seats are original and only required new seat bases and the dashboard was also treated to new paint. This car has been treated to new or new old stock parts throughout the whole build and can only be described as better than new. I have receipts for over £3500. 0 in parts alone! The car drives and performs faultlessly. it comes with M. O. T and Tax (Free) till the end of February 2015.
