Selling my 1998 S Reg Non-Sportspack Rover Mini Cooper MPI. Car has done 59000 miles. is taxed until the end of May 2014. MOT until late November 2014. Full service history. Car is Rover Tahiti Blue with Old English White roof/mirrors and 'Monaco' seats.

The car was bought by me last January. and since owning it I have put 7500 miles on the car. It has been used as a daily driver. and performed flawlessly. Not once has the car broken down or not started first time. it has been extremely reliable.

At the last MOT. the car had new rear shock absorbers. new starter motor. new Yokohama A539 front tyres. No advisories carried forward.

The car is in very good physical condition. It isn't perfect. but the shell is rust free and the paint is in very good condition; it's a great head turner. The car has been kept in a lock-up garage for most of the winter as I'm not around to use the car. It's never left dirty. always cleaned and pampered with Autoglym products.

The car is standard apart from body coloured wheel arches (have standard ones too). a Maniflow 1 ⅞” single box exhaust. K&N air filter (I have the standard one still). a metal gear knob (again. I have the standard one) and 12x5” Superlite anthracite alloy wheels (car will come with the original Minilites too).

Bad points about the car:

- Slight bubbling on outer side A panel.

- Knock from exhaust downpipe. due to flexi joint being too close and vibrating on overrun. needs a non-flexijoint downpipe fitted which I've yet to do.

- Knock from steering column on sharp left turns. Suspect it's a bushing. wasn't picked up on MOT.

- Three minor dents on the roof from a branch that came down poor weather.

I've factored these into the price. and am asking £3995.

Overall. it's a beautiful and great fun car. one I'm sad to part with!

No lowball offers. timewasters or tyre-kickers please. Car is advertised elsewhere too.
