If it wasn't against eBay rules then I would have possibly took something in part exchange and anything would be considered.

Capri Convertible very different & very very rare. This is as rare as rocking horse S**T and there may be a few home made jobs out there somewhere but this 1 is proper and I have all paperwork plus full spec / engineers report here to show this was done Professional by a Garage in 1999 it was 1 of 2 Originally done and registered proper with the dvla and this 1 the Garage owner kept and used / registered in his own name from 1999 to 2003. It was a proper job done they say along with a ford engineer to the spec ford would have done it if ever they had built them . Apart from the Crayfords you wont find any of these that are genuine done and they are very very rare. There are others have ended up doing 1 or 2 or should I say trying to do them but this 1 was done proper and is all double strength sill's and double chassis sections that run full length of car . The rear has had fabricated dove tail section inserted to offer extra strength . both rear quarter panels have been strengthened and so has the rear bulkhead etc . This also hit the headlines plus was in papers and magazines . Its a 2. 0 pinto running on twin 40 carbs with K&N filters . It's got a 5 speed gearbox and full Recaro leather interior plus nice red carpets. It had a New roof and also had all New Alloy wheels with New tyres and its Mot'd until May 22nd & Taxed until end of September . Since pictures were took the gearstick has been shortened and is much nicer. This is a very rare car and turns heads and gets looks everywhere it goes but please remember this is not a New car so maybe there will be the odd very small mark . chip . scratch or blister etc here & there of course as This car is now 29 years old and even though there is some small micro blisters in paint on back wing when up close this car still looks lovely and bright and I'm still using and taking it to car shows all over the place. Its a future classic for sure & will only go up in price from now on. I've done car shows all over for many years with different cars but you just don't see these . I've got paperwork and some old mot's and dvla mot history print outs plus some magazines and clippings and of course full engineers report & also old logbooks . The car looks good and pulls crowds or turns heads everywhere it goes and The engine and gearbox are all A1 and it drives and goes very very well . Please do your research and see if you can find 1 like this that looks as good and goes as well as this before making any silly offers because to me its totally different and I think to the right person you could name your price on this because where will you find another ? It don't matter how much money we could have in our pockets you just cant go and buy 1 of these unlike most other cars ! This will become a very very rare & a future classic so will only go up & up in value from now on. I'm not in any hurry to get rid of it and I'm not going to give it away If I don't get the right price or deal then Id be more than happy to continue doing car shows and using it if not sold. I thought id just test the interest in it and of course for the right offer I would let it go ! Summer is on way and car shows all starting back now so it will attract many and turn heads everywhere . So I'm open to realistic cash offers on it or If wasn't against eBay rules I may be interested in taking a possible part ex or deal on a Nice Classic Car / Nice Jaguar or a XJS or Xjs convertible /4x4 / Car / Caravan / Car trailer or a Camper but anything will be considered so try me you never know !! PLEASE NO BIKES !
I'm putting £4. 00 ono for sale price as I wasn't really sure what price to put on this but I've had several try to buy it in past and had offers of like 3k and offers to swap for things on swapz site to the value of nearly 5k but they wasn't of interest to me . I've seen normal Capri's going for 3k & 4k and like say you cant get these ones so give me your best offers but please no silly offers genuine interest only . Please no timewasters or dreamers with £500 cars etc wanting a swap !
I could maybe arrange delivery of this car if not to far away for the extra cost to you of course but this would need to be checked with me first and agreed with me first. Plus I would want the deposit stated below plus the delivery cost paid up front before I would deliver anywhere.
Once auction ends there will be a deposit of £200 to pay straightaway to secure the sale and this also helps to rule out timewasters and messers and covers me for all costs and fees etc . You will be invoiced for this deposit soon as auction ends .
