1970 Austin van
This is an historic vehicle. a green Austin van.  I have owned this vehicle since Sept 2010. and it has been SORN for the last two years.  It has been kept in a garage.  My original plan was to restore it and use it for company advertising. but work and life got in the way and with other projects on the go. I just don't have the time this vehicle deserves to be restored and used.  
I bought it because it was a practical vehicle to restore.  The engine has been converted to unleaded and it has an alternator conversion.  The rear body is good with excellent guttering. the internal floor and sides of the back of the van are good. there is some minor repair required around the wheel arches.  Rear doors are good.  Rear valance is painted the wrong colour and needs some repair.  
A tow bar is fitted.  
The engine starts and runs.  Engine bay is clear (see photo).
Internal cab floor is good although there has been previous welding.  
When last used. it drove well but it has been laid up for the last couple of years.  I have now started it and moved it. the only problem was the brakes had bound on so I have had to remove a set of shoes.
The B posts have rust on the bottom end.
To summarise. this vehicle is 44 years old. it is not in perfect condition obviously but it is not a basket case!  It would give you the perfect base to build up a practical restoration project.
