Exceptionally tidy example - no rust.

Big service history file inc original 'service portfolio' with Rover stamps (rover stamps stopped at 44000 miles. then went to other garages). Passenger sill just redone by garage using heratage panel. Genuine Mini aluminium dash(took ages to source!) with sportspack dials. Repairing garage is local Mini specialist and is happy to discuss the condition of my car with any potential owner. or do a (paid) full inspection etc.

New water pump. oil and filter changed 6 months ago. New steering wheel fitted 6 months ago. still has matt finish. No rips. tears or stains on seats.

Engine has had some work - K&N. Stage 3 MiniSport upgrade including cylinder head. roller tip rockers 1. 5:1. Power boost valve. High lift springs. RC40 exhaust (catalytic converter still fitted so MOT is fine). Test at 79hp.

Fuel gauge on dash modified so it actually works and is accurate

Always garaged in our ownership (nearly 3 years) - never used in rain or winter by us. We've done approx 2500 miles in our ownership.

New leather (with red stitching) gear and handbrake gaiters

I've been through the car with a fine-tooth comb getting rid of all rattles and noises - I hate them and the car is now more silent than my 11 plate MINI Clubman Cooper D!

Runs like a dream. always starts first crank. goes really well (easily keeps up with normal traffic and will easily do outside lane motorway speeds if needed).

Decent tread Yokohama A539 tyres all round.

Sony Bluetooth cd radio - useful to play from an iphone / android phone etc. including 4 speakers.

I also have some fibreglass wide arches in the garage that I was thinking about fitting - need painting and trimming to fit but happy to include.

Any inspection welcome. lady owner (my wife. a driving instructor!).

It's ready to be a daily driver now or be a garage queen. like it's been for my wife.

We hunted high and low to get a decent one - and we've kept it that way money no object.
