Mazda RX-7 Turbo II with 46K Original Miles

1987 Mazda RX-7 Turbo II with 46K Original Miles. 4 Wheel Vented Power Disc Brakes; Tilt retractable sunroof; Window Wiper/Washer; Power Windows; Power Door Locks; AM/FM/Cassette Audio System; Automatic Power Antenna; Cruise control; Tachometer/Oil Pressure/Temperature/Boost Gauge.

Used as weekend driver. this RX-7 has been driven an average of 1770 miles per year since it was brought home from dealer in 1987.  Stored in a garage. it looks just like a new Rx-7! All trim. moldings and details are in great condition. All body panels are original and the paint is in beautiful condition. There are a few chips or imperfections. but over all I would rate the paint an 8. 5 out of 10. All four original 16″ wheels are in great condition. The engine compartment is 100% original except for a battery change. which was replaced with one as close to original as possible. There's nothing like a pristine original engine compartment as an indicator of how a car was used and maintained. The transmission shifts fine with no issues. however the throw-out bearing makes a light hum from time to time that does not affect drivability. This would not require any repair as it just hums for a few seconds from time to time. The shifter bushings are tight with no play whatsoever. The driver side power window works fine. however it makes a clicking noise at the highest stop point. The gas door was replaced with an OEM red original paint from a 1989 Rx-7 due to a dent on the original gas door. I still have the original one to show the flaws. The color is a slight darker shade on the 89 vs. the 87 as you can see in the pictures. The suspension is very smooth with no rattles and performs like a brand new RX-7.   Present is the original spare. jack & tool set. all of which have never been removed from the car. The Gray interior is absolutely stunning and still has the new car smell.

In short. this is an extremely desirable RX-7 and would rate it an 8. 5 out of 10. As you may know. finding low mileage RX-7 Turbo II's are getting harder with each passing year. The generation that loves these cars would identify this Rx-7 Turbo II as an excellent example. Included with the sale are the following:
