We at Oysternet International have just finished a 9 Month Restoration project and are proud to offer our:-

1971 Volkswagen Type 2 Microbus 8 Seater

Finished in Pastel White over Kansas Beige. br/>
With Dark Beige " Bentley " Style Stitched Interior. br/>
We purchased this 1 Owner Type 2 in USA in March 2011 From Mr Jerry Lee McConnell who purchased the car new in 1971.

He decided to part with the type 2. 40 Years later. and we were fortunate to buy this clean. rust free example which was in need of a makeover.

Once our partner in California collected the car. he couldn't get over how rust free and straight the body work was. which was a great start for us.

Several weeks later. the Bus arrived into the UK. where we agreed this Microbus needed a Full Makeover. as it was so nice and original. also a new interior would finish it off a treat.

If you have ever had the pleasure of restoring an Old Rust Free VW. you would then understand that you would want to make it as good as any feature car. as seen in any VW Magazine. We have spent Thousands and Thousands. almost getting carried away. in order to make this Microbus. one of the best available for sale today.

So. This Microbus has a Fully Reconditioned Engine. Runs absolutely lovely. Fully Serviced. with an engine bay you could eat your dinner off it.

All New Suspension and Steering Throughout. Every Rubber Seal around the car has been replaced. all new Chrome items have been replaced. All Copies of Invoices will be presented with the Portfolio of Photos of restoration when purchased. New Fuchs Alloys and Tyres Fitted.

We have probably invested over 250 Hours in this Microbus. making sure it is as good as new. All I can say is that its good enough for a VW Dealership Showroom!!!!

Now. Being that it is a Microbus. If you ever feel that your Weekends are rather boring. Why not operate your own VW Wedding Car Company!!!
