Triumph Stag 1973. Tax Exempt. Rust Free Austrailan car imported 2010 & kept in an integral garage since.   (Tax free from 2014. is an early 1973 car) New Mohair Hood

GOOD POINTS:Lovely Dark Blue paint with only slight lifting of paint where front wing joins. otherwise very nearly perfect! No rust on bodywork and very original.   Very good original chrome.   Good Shadow Blue interior.  Walnut Dash.   Many new parts inc: New Mohair Hood(had only just been put up in picture). New Goodyear Tyres. Reconditioned original wheels. New T-bar cover. New sun visors. New hood cover. cover. Reconditioned steering rack. Part polybushed suspension. New disks & calaper. New electric aerial. New wiper. New tank. Some parts included.

140 miles since last MOT. not used in the winter but used reguarly to pick kids up and pop to shops weather depending.

NOT SO GOOD POINTS: Reliable but non original 4. 4L Rover/Leyland P76 engine. hence price. Ride height is correct and bonnet unaltered. Insurance costs me £150 a year inc. agreed value. legal protection and breakdown cover!  The dash is split and has a custom made cover which looks ok.

I think the car looks as good as it does in the pictures and is a pleasure to polish!

Looking to find a Triumph Stag for my father in law who used to own one himself. Like the look of this car and wondered whether it comes with a hard top as well?
