I BOUGHT THIS LEYLAND DAF FROM EBAY AS A PROJECT VEHICLE 2 YEARS AGO AND ALTHOUGH IT RAN AND DROVE. ONCE I HAD A GOOD LOOK AT IT I DECIDED IT WAS TOO FAR GONE TO BE WORTHWHILE WORKING ON. I THEN USED IT AS A SPARES DONOR FOR A DAF I BOUGHT DIRECT FROM MOD SALES.  I HAVE REMOVED THE RAD AND FAN AND A FEW OTHER MINOR PARTS. BUT NOTHING MAJOR.  I HAVEN'T STARTED THE ENGINE IN OVER A YEAR BUT THERE IS NO REASON I CAN THINK OF THAT IT WOULDN'T START WITH A SET OF BATTERIES FITTED.  
THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT DONOR VEHICLE FOR ANYONE WANTING A DAF FROM MOD SALES AT WITHAMS
