1965 FORD THUNDERBIRD SPECIAL LANDAU

 This is an ORIGINAL 1965 Ford Thunderbird Special Landau. These models were only available in 1965 in one color and only 4. 00 were produced.

I am the 3rd owner of this car. The majority of its life was spent with the original family in Seattle. After the original owner died. his son kept the car in storage for many years. Around 90. 00 miles. the engine was replaced with another matching Thunderbird 390 Special V-8 engine. Just over 15. 00 miles on the new engine. Other than that. everything is still original. I have some of the original paperwork from when the car was purchased brand new at Tom Chapman Ford in Bothell. Washington (since long gone).

This car is a fantastic driver. I've had the car serviced and gone over by SA-GO Auto Repair in Bellevue. Washington and they will attest to its fabulous condition. The finish does have its share of scratches. but none of us owners wanted to repaint the original condition. The car is best viewed in person and I'm happy to show it to any serious potential buyer. I was drawn to this car since my Dad purchased one in 1965 and I had to re-live some wonderful memories. I'm selling only for cash flow. Daughter in college and its getting expensive.
