Super rare Alfa Romeo Giardinetta  - Alfasud Wagon less than 5000 were built few remain only about four or so known to be  here in Australia. This one is an original right hand drive 1978  delivered to Alfa Romeo Australia to test out the market for them here. and then owned and run by Ray Gulson for the next 30 years or so. Lived in Canberra all its life before I bought it last year. Body is excellent. paint needs some tidying up as do the seats but it presents quite well as it is. Ray put a new 1. 7 8v motor in it in the late eighties so it flies! the original 1. 3 is in Canberra and a 1. 5 motor also comes with the car. Great stylish Alfa delivery wagon. pizza delivery even! or just enjoy driving a very unusual special bodied Alfa Romeo. Great fun. Hi, I just found this ad on Google but it has no date so I don't know if it is still available. I am not looking to buy but I am writing a book about the Alfasud and I am looking for a Giardinetta to photograph. If you can help I would appreciate it, or maybe if it is sold you could pass this on to whoever bought it. I am in Shellharbour NSW so I can travel a reasonable distance. Thanks, Chris.
