This is a Rare chance to own a car that is hard to find. This is a 1989 Pontiac Grand Prix Turbo Mclaren That still smells like a new car. this car has never seen rain and has been in a covered garage since bought new. I am the second owner of the car and just dont drive or visit it as much as it should be. The car has original Good Year Eagle GTs (which i would replace if your going to make a drivers car) or keep original for collecting. The paint is flawless and the inside smells new I have replaced the battery and Im sure the AC will need to be replaced due to it sitting for 25 years i have cans of r12 that came with the car but if your going to drive daily i would replace with current ac. There were only 750 made in 1989 and only in red and black rarer still is that this one dosent have a sunroof which only 19 were made that way mclaren did so much to the car that I suggest you google it I have a 1990 black turbo grand prix with 55 thousand miles on it that i drive and i bought the red one as a collector but i have no room at the house so its in a climate storate unit down the street. It belongs with someone who has room to collect or someone who wants a 25 year old brand new car that no one has on the road. its still gets 28 miles to the gallon and has every bell and whistle including the first Pontiac HUD (heads up display). I will be posting more pictures soon but this is a beautiful car. I really dont want to let it go but . . please ask any questions

Hello, I live in Cadillac Michigan and in my garage is parked the exact same car, all numbers matching, everything is original except tires, battery and exaust. I know this to be factual because I am the only owner! Until I read your information I thought there were 751 of them made. Now I know that I have one of nineteen because mine does not have a sunroof. I have driven mine to the tune of 210,000 miles with no engine work in 26 years! I showed the car the last 2 years and won 5 trophies. It is all Pontiac, hoped you enjoyed my story.

I had a red 89 and also a red 90, both with sunroofs. Very impressive cars but complex. Difficult to find parts. Is there any function not working on the car? Where is the car located?

Can you please put up a pic of the engine? I"m interested if you have room to maneuver on price. I owned an 89 Silver SE and LOVED it. This McClaren would be even better. So ACs not working? Also, I thought all these McCLaren's had a spoiler on them? Why not this one?
