1959 TRIUMPH TR3A CONVERTIBLE

This is a project or parts car. In my opinion it is much closer to a project car than a parts car. Most of the sheet metal is in fair to good condition. some rusty. some not. some rust thru places. Some dents in the front fenders. Dent in the rear driver side fender. The front clip is off but is supplied with the car. Passenger side front fender has a tear in it. Floor boards are rusted thru. Trunk floor panel is rusted thru. Engine looks to be complete. not running. The car and the parts supplied with it look to make a near complete vehicle. Side curtains need to be rebuilt but are included. This car does not have an ID plate on it. The ID plate was not present when I  purchased the vehicle. You will need chains and a winch to move this vehicle from its' current location. I do not know how well the vehicle will roll. The tires are flat. Over 100 pictures are available for this vehicle. There is not a title for this vehicle. the State of Alabama does not title vehicles over35 years old.  This vehicle is advertised on other sites as well and I reserve the right to end this auctionif a successful transaction is made with a buyer. PICK UPThe vehicle is sold as is and where is. Shipping and moving of the vehicle is not included in the auctionnor is it available. If you wish to have a shipping service load and ship the vehicle the shipper must contact me for an appointment. The vehicle is 25 miles from where I live and I AM NOT available at a shippers discretion. The vehicle is located behind a barn and lean-to shed and has been sitting for sometime. It has flattires and I do not know or guarantee the ability of the vehicle to roll. The vehicle is approx. 1000 ft. off a state highway. The path to the vehicle is a private gated locked drivethat is rough. narrow and ungraded. The drive also crosses a narrow dam approx. 500 feet from the highway. The vehicle is about 60 feet behind  the face of the barn. Pictures of the drive and the location of thevehicle are available and the winning bidder will receive them via email through EBAY. from the seller. The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of the auction close unless other arrangements are made with the seller. The seller has no means. equipment or anyway of moving the vehicle. so the buyer is fully and totally responsiblefor moving and loading including all tools. chains. straps and anything else that is needed.
