The car has been redone over the years including; new shocks. brakes. fuel tank. float and lines with 6 volt electrice fuel pump.  New battery. plugs. filters. oil and greasing of wheel bearings/chasis.  Like new radial tires. Clock and all gauges work. Rechromed bumper. grille and side panels.  New speedometer cable. but need new instrument connection.  Undercarriage clean. only spots of minor surface rust.  The car needs paint and glass to contend when judjed. Runs well with tight steering. I have enjoyed driving it. but loosing space to keep it. Packard's first clipper on 127 inch WB with std 282 straight 8. 5 MB. 125 HP.  Corners really well and accelerates fast and smooth. clutch tight.  Only year Packard had a rectangular dash instrument panel.  Most unique when compared to the 120 model of same year.  First year headlights in fenders.  Clipper was the first model with the running boards hidden in the doors.  Very cool pre-war closed classic.  Darrin influence.
