Dodge : Other coupe 2 door

The car is located in Wesley. Iowa.
My attorney in Des Moines. Iowa is holding the title.

I agreed with the guy I bought this car from that he rebuilds this vehicle in a mild Hot Rod. He had two 1938 Dodges. (you can see on one picture both 1938 Dodges standing beside each other) One of them had a body (chassis) in a better condition and the other one had better technical parts as a Mustang II front suspension and a 70´s Plymouth Barracuda rear axle already build in. To get the best of both cars he changed the chassis. which means. he put the better chassis an the frame with the Mustang II front suspension and a 70´s Plymouth Barracuda rear axle. (for that reason the VIN on the chassis is different to the VIN on the frame. The VIN in the title is the same as on the chassis. ) There is a 350 Chevy transmission and 350 Chevy engine with the car. but not build in and not in running condition.  Several body works are already done on this Dodge. As he told me. the car should be ready to be painted. As I´m living in Germany and the car is located in the USA. I have only the information I got but no knowledge through personal checking and I can not the judging the quality of the works and parts. The general parts should be complete but I don´t know which parts probably are missing actually - I have no overview about all that because of  my distance from here in Germany to Iowa. Unfortunately my previous car builder stopped to finish this project and finally the car was storaged in a carport.   The last 9 pictures are showing the car standing in the carport and these are the last ones I have. so these should show the car in the actually condition.
I´m living in Germany and it is hard to manage and control things from that distance. Therefore I´m quitting this project. so you have a chance to buy this vehicle and build your own dream classic car or Hot Rod / Street Rod in your style.

Once again. the last 9 pictures should showing the car in the actually condition.

The original 1938 steel body with the original 1938 frame + the Mustang II Suspension with brakes (to my knowledge disc-brakes - please check the pictures) + the Plymouth barracuda rear axle and the existing parts are always my starting price worth.

I´m selling this car without any warranty - as it is to see on the pictures -  as it is .

10 % (at least $1000. -) of the selling price deposit needs to be payed to my PayPal account within 2 days after the end of this auction.
Preferably I would like to get the remaining sum via bank money transfer to my bank account.  

Pickin up the car is buyers responsibility. Please pick up the car within 2 weeks after the end of this auction.
