Land rover 109 station wagon ,tax exempt,restored on a *galvanised chassis*

Up for sale is a superb tax exempt land rover 109 station wagon rebuilt on a galvanised chassis and has wanted for nothing!I bought it from an enthusiast who owned it for the last 20 years. He put a brand new chassis on it only 7 years ago and in his ownership covered very little mileage. ence the genuine 62900 miles. I have to say it drives like its only covered that with a smooth gear change and a sweet engine  with servo brakes to stop better. Has the all important fairey overdrive and fairey free wheeling hubs to improve performance and economy.
My restoration on it started around 2 months ago during which it has been completely restored inside and out. Bodywork is now close to pristine and has just returned from being sprayed in 2 pack marine blue inside and out. It is truly stunning and received many admiring glances on route back home. All usual areas that fail on these old landys including bulkhead are perfect and were correctly welded as required during body prep. Bulkhead corners were recently replaced by the previous owner and were professionally done with no corrosion. The roof is an immaculate safari roof with headlining. prayed in limestone paint. Underneath is spotless. Shocks and swivels look recent and axels have been undersealed. I'm not going to go on and bore you so I'll just list some of the endless new parts.
So since i bought it to restore I have added new;
*Radiator**door seals**vent seals**heavy duty mats**brand new delux front seats**brand new 2nd row seats**brand new rear bench seats**bonnet seals**gaiters* *some new door tops and bottoms**New black pressed aluminium plates all round**new galvanised bumper**new spark plugs. izzy and rotor arm**new ht leads**new alpine window seals(taken out for professional respray)*new exhaust*New lenses all round*New complete rear lights*
To the rear is a useful tow bar with ball and pin hitch with twin electrics.


 So. I know what your thinking! There must be some niggles with it?Honestly it's pretty flawless. Everything works as it should and looks like it just left the factory. Will come with full 12 months mot and passed the last one with NO advisories whatsoever.
