Cortina MK3 Estate 2.8

Hi & welcome to my auction for my cortina estate . I've owned this for the past seven years. done loads of work to it but having a young family means that i never use it. or get to work on it. It could do with finishing off. the carb needs rejeting. i've got the jets but have'nt had time. tracking needs doing. doors need lining up properly. etc.  Although taxed & mot'd it's only done shake down runs & could do with a good go through to make sure all is tight etc. i've done just over 130 miles since it passed its mot in october. It started life as a blue 2 litre auto and is now a GREEN  2. 8 v6 5 speed manual. The engine & box are from a capri 2. 8i special. he back axle is from a 2. 3 cortina. but its now on a 38 dgas  carb not injection. I could spend pages going through all the blurb on this but dont want to send you to sleep. New stuff;

The interior has two front leather seats from a scorpio. black back seat & door cards. handles missing to rears . umbler clock in centre console. omp corsica steering wheel. quick shift stick. pool ball gear knob which i want to keep. so bring your own or i will swap. Bad bits;Doors & bonnet need to be gaped properly. just put on after painting & never straightened.  Shocks could do with upgrading. although new. not up to the job of a lowered car. Paint is showing signs of micro blisters on rear pillars. only noticed today. gutted but come & see for yourself.
